As always, we spent a great Friday evening (Dec 19) exploring of Turkish food and cooking at TCC New York! The recipes of December were tasty stuffed red bell peppers, an appetizer of haydari with carrots, and quince dessert.
Our chefs, Ayse Kose & Zehra Nur Karaoglu shared super easy recipes of the month, plus simple techniques that make the foods so delicious. Later, we had a very enjoyable conversation along with Turkish tea.
