Turkish Cooking Class at TCC Staten Island

The soup of the month was from Ottoman Kitchen, Sultan Mahmud Soup. Next dish was one of the must-taste cold appetizer, Stuffed Grape Leaves, Sarma. Finally as dessert we have Turkish style Apple Cookies.

Besides practicing participants, we had side guests who did not join the class but only enjoyed the final session, enjoying the prepared food.
