Cooking Class at TCC Syracuse

We had our first class of the year 2015. It was a wonderful environment with great friends sharing delicious food. Our menu included authentic Turkish recipes.

We started off with the famous lentil balls; this cold dish is lovely for potlucks – filling and comforting. Then we went on with cheese rolls. Last but not least we learned the recipe for Turkish rice pudding.

During this hands-on class, our chef guided us through all the easy steps involved with making the recipes. It was a great fun evening with our students hope to see you next class on April 18 and we wish a wonderful year to all.
