The Turkish Cultural Center Westchester held a Turkish cooking demonstration at the Chappaqua  Library on Friday, April 17th at 7pm.  Attendees watched the preparation of traditional Turkish dishes such as Sigara Borek (pastry with cheese), Kisir (a side dish)  and Muhallebi (Turkish pudding).

The participants were then treated to a sampling of the food that was prepared.  Everyone also went home with recipes to try at home.
