89The Turkic language is spoken by over 220 million people who live in Turkey, the former Soviet Union republics, Iran, Afghanistan, China, and several countries in Northwestern Europe and other parts of the world[1]. Turkic is the fifth most spoken language after Chinese, Hindi, English and Spanish [2]. Turkish is the most commonly used dialect of the 20 Turkic dialects.
